This is actually Shawn's recipe, which may become evident quickly. He has adapted it from his mother's tuna salad.
1 apple
2-3 dill pickles
1 can of tuna
1/2 sweet onion
Mayo to coat the first four
salt and pepper to taste
Shawn chops the apple, pickes and onion so they are chopped fairly small and then mixes everything in a large bowl. If we feel inspired, we sometimes squirt lemon on the mix.
This sounds delicious. I make my tuna salad with tuna, mayo, carrot slaw, gold raisins, and olives.
